Orders & Shipping FAQ's

What is the return and exchange policy?
No returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.  

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
For nail polish: shipping is only available for USA and Canada.  All other products can be shipped outside of the US.  Please contact us for shipping costs on orders made outside of the USA. Peachtree Polish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, custom fees for international packages and not responsible for packages taken by customs. Thank you!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time varies between 5 to 7 business days.  We ship USPS First Class unless the package weighs more than 16 oz.  Once the order has shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Do you provide tracking?           
Yes! Your tracking number will be provided in the email you have associated with your order. 

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If there's a problem with an order, please contact us directly through the Contact page within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of when you placed your order.  Please contact us for this request.

Due to the variations of screen resolutions, the colors, contrast and brightness on computers and mobile devices may distort the actual color of the polish.

Due to the small batches of polish we produce, color can vary slightly from bottle to bottle.

Due to the nature of these polishes, some separation may occur.  Please mix well by either rolling the bottle or shaking gently to incorporate the ingredients.

Our ingredients are of high quality and have been used by many people.  If for any reason your skin gets irritated after using our products, please discontinue use.  Everyone is different so not all skin types are same.
